If you’re looking for an opportunity to practice in a supportive group environment, you can join me at Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor for my Beginner’s Yoga class, held every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You can attend in person at Yoga Shanti. This class is designed to be accessible, making it perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refine their foundational practice.
For those affected by cancer, I provide free specialized yoga classes designed to support healing and recovery. These sessions are gentle, restorative, and adapted to meet the unique needs of those undergoing or recovering from treatment. The classes create a nurturing environment where movement, breath, and relaxation techniques work together to support the body’s healing process. These classes are held 3 times a week on Zoom and are free of charges.
